RMA - Return Policy
When purchasing at www.homealarm.me.uk you have 14 days right to withdraw the purchase, the right to with redraw a purchase begins on the day you receive your goods.

The right to redraw a purchase can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same considerably condition and quantity.

The right to redraw a purchase becomes void if you use the goods in a way that clearly and considerably reduces the sales value of the goods.

If you wish to exchange the purchased goods to other goods or another model, you, yourself will be required to defray the cost associated with this. This includes shipping costs of the returned goods as well as the shipping cost when we send the new goods.

When the right to redraw a purchase is exercised you will be required to pay the shipment fee for returning the goods.

You can also exercise you right to redraw a purchase by denying to pick up the package and the postal office.

When you exercise the right to redraw you purchases, the total cost of the purchase will be refunded to you.

The total cost of the purchase will be transferred to your bank account as soon as we have received the returned goods and have controlled that the returned goods are in the condition, that is in accordance with our return policy.

When exercising the right to redraw a purchase please disclose your banks name, registration number and account number.

Right to invoke lack of conformity

When purchasing at www.homealarm.me.uk you have 24 moths right to invoke lack of conformity. This implies that purchased goods can be either repaired, the money can be refunded or a there can be a deduction in price, all depending on the current situation at hand. This is of course subject to whether the right of the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage causing conduct.

The right to invoke lack of conformity must be exercised within reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If the right to invoke lack of conformity is exercised within 2 moths of discovering the defect, then the right to invoke lack of conformity is considered timely.

HomeAlarm.me.uk reserves the right to deny all packages that are not clearly marked with a valid RMA number obtained from Homealarm.me.uk

RMA numbers are distributed via email and can only be obtained after being in contact with Homealarm’s support department, and only if the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone.

HomeAlarm.me.uk has the right to deny distributing RMA numbers in the event that we rule a product is not faulty or broken.

You have to ask us to send you a return freight label before we will cover any potential costs in connection with returning a product. We only cover the shipment, if the product is covered by the return policy.

If the goods are returned in damaged packing or without the original packing then 25% of the products original price will be deducted.

We will refund shipment fees within reasonable boundaries, if the right of the complaint is justified.

When you return a product please disclose the following:

  • Name and address
  • Order number
  • Description of the defect.

Note – We do not receive goods COD.

Remember always to return the goods in good condition as well as in proper and secure packing, and get a receipt, so that we will be able to refund your expenses.
